album chronicle

three long years from their debut album, the halo effect delights us with an all new powerful album .
"his is not an outpost, this is far from the end" those are the opening lines from march of the unheard ; an ode to all the unspoken emotions, kept inside.

the bands message is clear and loud. and even if lately we have been gifted of two absolutely stunning full length album from stanne and co, his creativity and inspiration seems to be never enough.
no big surprises after all about the quality, stanne's voice is on point as always as well as engelin & strÖmblad heavy guitars . each track is a kick perfectly studied to hit deep .

the Gothenburg sound Is recognizable, well balanced parts of clean vocals and growls, particularly in " forever astray", as well as the melodic parts, representing at its best the genre. they are back, stronger than ever, digging into themselves to offer us the best they have to give . to make us feel heard. and it works at least during 44 minutes, then it is time to start all over again .

basically, musically nothing pretty new but it works amazingly . what else can we expect from pioneers of this genre .
the tone is set. they are definitely bringing fire at their shows with the track title and, oh well we can't freaking wait for them to enlighten our night soon with this already epic work .
