Wednesday 5 th march is an awesome day for Indian extreme music. the sudden urge to plunge our teeth into some exquisite spicy Dahl is huge, thanks to the mighty headliners. but not only that, considering that the first headlining show in our country, to witness such an ascent is extraordinary. let the drums roll.

supported by friends in the genre, the show can definitely begin . from new dehli to Venezuela, the support is absolutely full of surprises. bouncing from extreme Indian metal to folk, taking a subway to sometimes industrial, It is a wonderful drink to sip directly from the glass.

trix, oh what a wonderful place to be at. with its sound, faithful, specific, full. especially for the metal genre. 
anyway, the bands tonight are spicy hot. and on time, first support act, demonic resurrection, start its set. death metallers from Mumbai are humble, their sound is not. they can be more than proud of it. heavy, absolutely stunning, composed by two guitars, a bass and a drummer. simple combo you may say, but beware, this is far from it. that's absolutely a blast and the whole venue seems to be possessed by the Indian demons while listening carefully to the sound. unfairly unknown, despise their 25 years career celebrating right this year. they don't lack humour, meaning even though not much people seems to know them, they still joke about being nearly as old as tales we once listened to when we were young. nonetheless, a nice discovery. definitely deserve more popularity. they are powerful and hit he spot just right for lovers of the extreme genre. thumbs freaking up for them who played totally in-ear free all along. musicians of high levels for sure. 

the wait is short until the next support. Calva Louise is warming up. and oh, with that mix of venezualian, French and new Zealand members, we could'n expect a more peculiar mix of emotions. female singer has a pure talent in almost everything. mastering beautifully guitar, synth and also clean and screamy voice. impossible to stick on them an etiquette. the only certain thing is that they rules. it's astonishing to look at their show.  clean, powerful. what else . probably one of the best discovery when talking about new blood. there is certainly a place for them on a MainStage somewhere, hopefully not long from now... humble, enthusiastic and possessed herself by the  passion for music. what can we expect more from a band?

they are ready, we also are. ready to "sing" and dance with them in unison. first rows are boiling, bouncing on their feet from the wait. the atmosphere is really something that's impossible to explain. still, so easy to feel . starting hard with dan dan, not only with the sound but with the meaning of the song , what it represent. it is absolutely impossible not to be transported to their country with the mind. the sound of the drums is like a summoning . the crowd seem to enjoy those first notes and the dance soon began. alright, head banging, hard all around but also crowd surfers starting their ascend. circle pits, as big as the venue. always respectfully of the audience wanting to enjoy the show. 
"one day I may change his kind with my mind" that's what they sang all along. a strong message of smooth propaganda. useful nowadays, for all the actual themes.
more about the show, for those who already now them, you know certainly their passion for (Indian) food and the obsession for flavours, well yes they continue to introduce their song by selling us some way their fine cuisine. and by the same occasion making want us to eat right away some of their delicacies. while singing tadka and new dehli. 
they give super good vibes, incredible presence, one of the actual bands that keep the audience stuck . turning right, left , around all of the people smiling, enjoying genuinely the show. proud of their native sounds, integrating them naturally into their heavy songs, that's the real blast . that's a strong band identity. we love this. it is refreshing. and as they so brilliantly say, if you have a taste you will lick all your fingers.
